    Hi Marie,

My mom had a cockatiel that loved to take a bath in the bathroom sink with the faucet running very slowly. Have you tried that?

No I haven't. We don't have hot water in our house ( my father had someone come over and fix that problem several times without any luck ), so putting her in the sink under the faucet is out of the question because the water would be too cold for her.
    I love Cockatiels

Well all our birds enjoy bathing. Mostly I use a spray bottle. But one of the budgies prefers a shallow dish and when I can he does enjoy playing in the sink with the tap trickling. Both cockatiels do the bath dance. And the birdie see birdie do thing really does work. My older tiel has shown the younger that baths are fun. I used to try to have them in the bathroom on a shower perch. But I learned over time that they are more likely to enjoy their bath in more familiar areas so I just make sure there are towels in the floor and any natural toys and food dishes are out if the way and I spray them on their cages. They dry

Our new little foster Caique enjoys both spritzing and bowl bathing. Ive got some video I'll have to post. It's quite fun.
