Hello everyone. Barb Kane told us about this site on Facebook (I'm Kathi Mac there). We had a huge thread on Bird Talk (Bird/Human Behavior, Webcam) and made many wonderful friends there. After too much mess, dear friend, Jo, started a wonderful forum that many of us migrated to. Now most of us are on Facebook and keep up personally there but, of course, it's not bird specific. I tried to put Barb Kane in as person who referred me on registation, but it said name not valid, maybe bc I used "Barbara."

Anyway, we are glad to be here. Our flock includes princess Sophie (U2) and two budgies, Amo and Quatro. I thought Quatro was a boy when rehomed with us, but turned out to be a girl. I just posted a thread in "Squawk talk" with question on how to get budgie to sit on eggs. Hope to get some input and will look forward to meeting the group here.

Thanks for joining us, welcome to Princess Sophie, Amo and Quatro too! I'm glad to hear the word is starting to get out about the forum. I've never been involved in breeding so I'm sorry I can't be of help on your egg sitting question. However, I hope you will find some other helpful information on the forum. I will make sure that Barb gets credit for your referral, it likely didn't work because the system runs by screen name. Thanks for letting me know.
