Returns Policy

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Qualifying items may be returned within ninety (90) days of purchase for a refund or replacement.  

Returns of used merchandise will not be accepted due to bird health concerns.  We want all of our customers to be confident that we don’t resell merchandise that has been exposed to other birds.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box or packaging. 

We do not provide refunds for the following excluded items:

  • Opened food products

  • Books, videos, CD’s and DVD’s

 

 

  Procedure:
  • Email or call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and please have the following information available:  invoice number and item #.

  • Please let us know the reason for your return so that we can update our site to make the product descriptions, etc. as clear as possible for other customers.

  • We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).  Please follow the instructions carefully in order to ensure proper credit.

  • Please be sure to package your return properly to ensure that it will arrive in good condition and be sure to record your shipment tracking number. If the merchandise value exceeds $100 we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any return for which we cannot verify our receipt of the item(s).

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a prompt refund.  Please note that shipping costs incurred by us during the initial shipment or return shipment may be deducted from any refund amount.

  • Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is the result of defective merchandise or our error.
